I think the beauty comes in the scraping off of the dirt of the unwanted egg. It just reminds me that there are so many people that are called dirty by the world. And we as Christ followers are called to see them beyond theory and show them new life.
OMG I'm so humbled. I used to hate that I lived in the desert--I loved reading novels about English woods and faeries, etc. But I think that the desert shaped me in ways I'm only now beginning to appreciate.
